It’s pretty sad to feel like you’re possibly getting sick on your birthday. After I just got over something that lasted two and a half weeks?! The universe must really hate me. This is what I get for hitting another decade.

I am at my limit. My cough has progressed where I can’t even sleep. Nothing helps and I just don’t know what to do anymore.

The first time I left my house since Friday was to go to my doctor’s appointment yesterday. I tried to go back to work today and my body is telling me no 🙃

I am… not well. Physically & mentally. I am mentally exhausted from the terror going on in our country and across the world. And physically my body is trying to cope with the jet lag & trying (failing) to support my mental well being. TLDR; I unfortunately think I’m getting sick and I’m so upset.
