Deployment page says "The build will start once your other Deployments have finished" but there's nothing in my queue (except this build)

It's taking me forever, but I'm getting closer to a react-resizable-panels version 4 release. The major difference will be support for more size units (%, pixels, rem/em, vh/vw)

It's also configurable to custom style TODO comments within a source file, which is actually the feature I was looking for when I found the extension.

Just came across the TODO Tree VSCode extension, and it's great! Really handy to have all of the TODOs gathered in one place like this.

I hate that Apple puts low-quality garbage like this on my -1 page and gives me no way (that I’m aware of) to disable it.

Thinking about removing the requirement for an explicit `rowHeight` value for list items though I haven't yet figured out a great way to handle invalidation 🤔

Only change is an `onResize` callback prop. No known issues or bugs with this release, though I am still debating whether to squeeze in another feature or two (or just catch them in 2.1)
