As a builder I know the best way to bring down housing costs is to create more units. The City Council should use its land use and zoning authority to encourage more development and bring costs down.

We need a more connected Northeast, where getting around our community is simple, reliable & safe. I am committed to enhancing the safety & accessibility of our neighborhoods by investing in improved sidewalks, crosswalks, & bike infrastructure.
