AAs a NYer, this didn't come fast enough, should have happened when she was running for re-election

I was skeptical when it was announced, having watched the original with Lorne Green as a kid. But this was a bang up series. It became my feeling that if the tv execs are going to continue to just reboot old shows, instead of making original content, than this is how they should do it.
