Whenever I get discouraged about not having all kinds of things (new gear, new car, etc.) I sit and remember I also have no credit card debt or loans😌✨ (outside of student loans but let's pretend those don't exist😵💫)

Idk whether to laugh or cry. 10am load in, show at 8-10pm. Probably need to drive an hour and a half away to pick up gear then drive hour and a half back to load in and sit all day to watch people use a singular microphone for 2 hours then drive an hour and a half back and forth before done

I also ran FOH last night for a small venue show. All local bands, indie rock, sound check was kinda a mess but the show ran pretty smooth and I genuinely had a great time. I really need to run FOH more like this, I would LOVE to tour as FOH eventually.

I love that I wrapped cables for maybe 10 minutes last night and all my fingers were red and burning. I let them rest overnight and they were fine this morning. Why is my skin like this??😪
