Yesterday I went out for a guided trip in Bulgaria and OMG I found an Eagle Owl😱 regards the handling, I was lucky to be guided by one of the most qualified and licenced people in Bulgaria. Bird was put in a safe location and parent bird also seen nearby😊

Desert Wheatear today at Somerdale Keynsham. Glad it stayed after initially being reported late yesterday evening, being unable to go them, because I'd had a bit to drink😱😊 @bristolbirding.bsky.social also good to see a few friends and faces enjoying the bird too👍🏻
