Yeah quick niche apps are great. But in a world where AI is speeding everything up and the cost of building is going to 0, I better think about building my moats more consciously.

And this is especially true in your early days. Do everything.

Doing things that don't scale will not only help you understand your customer and their pain points better, but also give you the exact advantage that you need as a founder = depth.

do whatever it takes to solve your customer's problem, even if it goes beyond your "app".

Don't get me wrong. Your product is important, but it should never be the "be all, end all".

Your customer wants to get leads? Get them leads.
Your customer wants to get designs? Get them the design.

More than people think, people don’t desire literal freedom (where you can do whatever you want, anytime). Autonomy is definitely the better word here.
