So it’s occurred to me that it’d be fun for anyone on here who’s interested (and going to division 39) to come to this roundtable I’m doing with my co-editors (which is really intended to be more of a group reflective exercise of world-building) so if anyone here is interested in that, please come!

I wonder if “yearning” becoming a popular affect is a symptom of gen z-ers becoming more and more afraid of engaging with people and taking the risk to build a new connection so all they have left is yearning without the possibility of its resolution
