2/ THEN determine the best way to pay for Medicaid & Medicare to keep them funded to help the people who cannot afford healthcare insurance... This administration and Congress is such BS....

1/ If they feel that way about Medicaid, then they should RAISE taxes on the wealthy to cover the costs while they perform audits on Medicaid & Medicare.... Social Security is supposed to pay for itself...
