This graph in the APSA CP newsletter by Gans-More, Gingerich & @tompepinsky.bsky.social nicely summarizes what I think is the biggest change in comparative politics in the last 20 years. We analyze nation-states less & less and, as a paradoxical consequence, generate more & more original data.
