Yeah, I was laughing about it later. It became a hit topic in the booth, how I managed to run off a VIP. To be fair, only NDP pols normally visit us, and I immediately went and got some NDP swag to wear the rest of the day.

Source 1- Sony DVD player from Walmart. You can probably thrift something better, just needs an optical or coaxial out.
Source 2- Wiim Mini streaming device
Preamp duties- SMSL SU-1 DAC to make the 1s and 0s into analog sound
Amp- Ayima A07 max
Speakers- Micca RB42

Spent an extra day at home to rest and recuperate before the next leg of my travels, and ended up at a community rally for MMIW. Grateful for the opportunity to be in community, it's such a rare occurrence.

Went to the local record store and they told me to get it on Amazon, it would take forever and their cost was higher than the sale price online. I told them I prefer to buy local, but ok.

I've been playing with stuff for a few months. Pilot Kakuno in a few nib sizes etc, these 2 are the current experiments. The Stormtrooper Safari has Pilot Kon-Peki and the Moonman has Pelikan Blue-Black. Pens were sale priced and struck a chord, inks were samples that were available at the store 😝
