...not everything we hear has the potential to be groundbreaking. Being open to listen, to witness new experiences, challenges us to aspire to higher levels of cognitive empathy & wisdom. This is manifested through humility, wonder, & a presence of being with which we allow space within to receive.

Clarity of perception is a serious and continuous practice of mindfulness. It is an essential part of truth, authenticity and understanding. Clarity of perception requires effort. It means to take different perspectives, look more closely, and gather more information. Often, it means to listen.

Work within your limitations while simultaneously working to be free from them.
