Maybe get ORCIDs for those kids?

I was recently commiserating with my 22 year-old son about this. He was frustrated by the fact that the walls of his apartment are...weird? I told him how in my 1936 house I had to cut a huge hole in the wall because no stud finder in the universe could accurately tell me what the hell was in there.

It seemed to make sense, at first, that in the world of Scooby Doo, dogs could speak, but were barely intelligible, with that weird doggy accent. But when Scrappy Doo appeared, speaking English like he was a BBC announcer, it made you realize that something was horribly wrong with Scooby.
