I love Eyes Wide Shut actually, I think it's unfairly maligned obviously not being among his best work. The first half of Full Metal Jacket is incredible, the second half is weaker for sure.

He's 24 and playing in his 6th season, you can say he's better than fans think, but it's not premature to be disappointed with what he's done. 1OA carries a lot of expectations and he's never come close to it. I still hope he can be a good top 6 player, but he's not a star and that will always sting
