Setting aside the repugnancy of the substance, this is the kind of thing that just perfectly illuminates that the wave of MAGA climbers don't truly believe in anything. It's all just #Content. If it hits, cool. If it doesn't, try something else.

Granting that it's not the focus of the piece, I have to nudge politico a bit on this. There was a clear editorial decision to treat slurs against the disabled as clearly less troublesome than any others. Selective censoring reinforces the idea that some slurs are no big deal. Psst: they're all bad.
