Insurrection is self-evident, and as I rewatch the events of January 6th live, it is apparent to everyone involved what is happening. After I finish watching the certification, I will watch the impeachment trial and see which of the Senators voting “not guilty” acknowledge Trump’s culpability.

No joke, Dems need to adopt this language at the very least. Elected Dems need to boycott the inauguration and pointedly say Trump is illegitimate in all public comments. Republicans did this with the big lie about the "Stolen Election." We should do the same about the fact of Trump's illegitimacy.

Until 2/3 of each House give Donald Trump amnesty for his crimes against this country and the Constitution, his word has no force of law. He cannot order anyone to do anything. He is not a legitimate president. Embrace it. Demand it. Live by it. Become ungovernable.
