Street Parked: Subaru BRAT. Yes, all caps because it’s an acronym. This little truck is a Bi-drive, Recreational, All terrain, Transporter.

Trump hits the ground running trying to keep the costs of drugs high for consumers. Literally.
Trump has rescinded a Biden executive order calling for the development of policies to lower drug costs for people in Medicare and Medicaid.

Street Parked Topless Tuesday Edition: I saw this Mercedes Benz SLK 230 back in October and was charmed by the color. These are cool little sports cars. This one is from the late ‘90s, before the style refresh of 2000.

We had a fun day at Pike Place Market today exploring the new hill climb park. It reminds me of the Highline in NYC with little spots to sit and savor the view.

Such a lovely day today, it felt like Spring.

Problems with Pete Hegseth ranked from very bad to way, way worse: 6. drunkenness (common); 5. incompetence (common); 4. corruption (common); 3. raving bigotry (common); 2. alleged rape (less common); 1. Proposing military attack on US cities to exterminate all enemies. (That’s a new one).

A few snaps from sunset walks the past couple of days.

The city is restoring more of Thornton Creek right down the street from my house. It will be super cool to watch that evolve and grow.

The Meadowbrook pond is bird filled and entertaining as ever. Lots of fun duck shenanigans.

Jimmy is in the “I see sun, why is it cold?” part of Winter. The struggle is real. Being a teenage dog with the associated memory makes it a bit frustrating. I love him, so I let him in and out as he wishes.

Enzo seems a little confused by this behavior and usually stays inside, where it’s warm.

Today I learned Time magazine is still a thing.

I haven’t thought about them in decades. Wonder why?

Street Parked: This Buick Roadmaster wagon is the last of its breed. This is the last full size American station wagon made. These came with a v8, of course. The beauty of these cars is that by the mid 90s, when these cars were made, the GM v8 was a very good engine.

Watching OK Senator Markwayne Mullin on Meet The Press. He is either phenomenally uninformed about autism (he was attempting to link vaccines to autism - tldr, no link) or being deliberately misleading in order to support the RFK nomination.

How do we counter this? Facts don’t matter.
