Rohatsu. This week Zen practitioners observe increased meditative pursuit leading up to 12/8, Bodhi Day, honoring Gautama’s enlightenment as Buddha, “one who has awakened.”

If so inclined, sit quietly a bit more this week (give no thought to thoughts, simply return to breath breathing breath)
