@justinwolfers.bsky.social I recall in my Economics classes in the 80’s, we did a Total Tax Burden analysis - Canada vs USA. It was a rough (paper napkin) analysis, but the Tax Burden was actually lower in Canada. But it’s a different definition of Tax.

It’s been 77 days & OMG. another protest in 14 days but the damage that can be done there might be a country. We need daily protests that it is easy to do. At 7 pm every day go outside & bang on a pot. Use your mailing list to make it happen. Small individual effort BIG RESULT
