I woke up in my new home today. Happy and grateful for my present and future. 🫶
It's been a tough year. The breakup of a 14-yr relationship.. a medical emergency nearly claimed my life.. and my landlord evicted me to sell the flat while I was recovering.
But I am so back. 😇

I'm back.. I am returning to full-time work today after recovering from my medical emergency! My physical and mental health are in a beautiful place right now. And there seems to be an added spring to my step as of late.. 😊 Thank you for your messages, support and love. 😇

I lost a piece of my nose while in the hospital. Prolonged pressure from the nasogastric tube. Lol. Reminds me of having a half-punched ticket... How apt.
Also, I lowkey hope this will be the beginning of some "Brent Lee was replaced with a clone" conspiracy theories.

In 2018, I lost my passion for writing lyrics, poetry and music. I scribbled one or two lines here and there.. a couple of bars earlier this year.
But this past weekend, I was so inspired that I wrote 32 bars. It was upbeat, positive and I meant every word. Progress. ❤️
