Happy 30th to this banger! This album had a bunch of hits like "Gel," "The World I Know," "December" and "Where the River Flows," but "Simple,” "She Gathers Rain" "Bleed" are all bangers too. Great album! Have seen these guys 3 times in the last couple years. Still killing it.

Happy 30th to one of the best albums of the 90’s! (and one of my favorites overall) It was actually released twice by two different labels, once in 1993 and then again in 1995. You might say it was …Good. 😎

While this season just needs to end, if you want to spin it forward #Cuse 🏀 could be sitting on a heck of a turnaround if you get it right in the offseason.

Syracuse 🏀 routinely gets blown out by good teams under Adrian Autry (chart below) and now has a loss to the worst team in the ACC on the resume. Funny how Miami has been a litmus test for both 🍊 🏈 and 🏀 this year in completely opposite ways. Rock bottom loss for Syracuse under Autry.

Syracuse RB LeQuint Allen announces he is going to the 2025 #NFL Draft. Allen has rushed for more than 1,000 yards in consecutive seasons and also had 500 receiving yards this season. It is a stacked RB class in 2025. He'll likely go undrafted and have to make his way as a camp invite.

Syracuse freshman CB Marcellus Barnes Jr. has entered the transfer portal. Barnes, who started the season at CB for SU as a freshman, made 11 tackles and broke up 3 passes last season in 5 games. He missed parts of the season with back spasms. Was a 4-star recruited by Fran Brown while at Georgia.
