In the past, I have heard that you are unsure about whether to remain in politics at the local/state level or to go straight for the presidency. When this great democratic experiment began, we had statesmen. People who were prosperous busonessmen, in touch with the people and their states.

It was coopted by the rich and powerful. When companies actually appreciated their employees with good pay, healthcare and pensions, a good work ethic was something to take pride in because the proserity of the company meant you prospered.
