British Labour really are doing everything they can to make 'Fish Hook Theory' become 'Fish Hook Law.'

"Yes Heather Humphreys defamed him on national TV, but Paul Murphy is the real bully for standing up for himself."

Sitting here waiting for the free speech warriors who whinged about cancel culture to say something about the increasing state repression of free speech across the western world.

Congratulations to the school secretaries and caretakers on their success in bringing the government to the table. It was an honour to support you over the past two weeks. Here's a pint to you and your success!

Bring back the stocks, for this and only this.

This is a naked attempt to co-opt protest and take off the pressure to do something more than look grumpy on the Late Late Show. Protests are to pressure those in power to do something. People like the Tánaiste, Simon Harris. He wants to put his face on the protests and make them look like support.

Maybe she thinks your policies are awful and didn't want to support them?

If we're honest, it can only be one thing.

Amazing, they full on did the It's Always Sunny "not a diddler song."

Mick Clifford spent most of the early years of the covid/post-covid rise of the far-right claiming they didn't exist. Seems relevant when he's claiming an IFP election candidate is a bona fide journalist.

Not far off to be fair.

I mean look at the front page of the Public Service Pay Agreement. Its very existence shames the country.

I wonder what it's like living every second in fear of a stranger thinking you're a bit effete.

It's hard to read this as anything other than the guards using humiliation and sexual violence as a means of intimidating protestors. I don't think any guard involved in this has any business being a guard. They have abused their power and failed in their responsibility to ensure public safety.

The Ghibli AI rip off is depressing, but finding out Hayao Miyazaki was a union organiser has made my week.

It's gone buddy.

I wonder if any of the usual plushie makers would be able to do a werebear style sloth/cow plush.

Anyone who has written on IDF munitions like Draiman has should be barred from the country.

A sentence I never thought I'd say and will likely never say again, 'in this specific instance, Verona Murphy's not wrong.'

It's 2029. Government parties are in high spirits going into the election having met their 36k unit target thanks to 2k in Leixlip.

Gav(43) is happy to finally have his own home. "I love how efficient it is, when I collapse from exhaustion working in the Amazon warehouse I can use it as my coffin."

Finished Lorelei and the Laser Eyes last night. It was a great game I probably wouldn't have tried if it weren't published by Annapurna Interactive. It's not my usual cup of tea but Annapurna has never let me down. It's a sad loss the team that made Annapurna was driven out by greedy management.

First to go should be the CEO who pissed away millions to recreate Miis.

If you want me I'll be watching old episodes of Telly Bingo, pointing at the TV and yelling "they wouldn't let you make something like that these days!" at anyone who will listen.

That feeling of resignation when one of those games lands in your library.
