the manual zoom picker in @cap.so will now preview the zoom segment's first frame
much better than a big blue rectangle 😄

built a new video decoder for cap.so that uses native macOS APIs and omg it's so much faster

pretty happy with this mic level indication i've made for cap.so, should be super helpful for distinguishing microphone issues from recording/encoding issues
