It’s not that tricky. In NYC there’s not much parking, when rules aren’t followed, fine give them a ticket to learn a lesson but we don’t need an iron fist. We need to assume if given opportunity that citizens will do the right thing. Involving strict policing is a choice that we don’t have to make!

Or don’t. We don’t need police authoritarians cracking down. We need free buses first. Many drivers are working class and you’ll hit them to pay for another working class service. Free buses, more parking, encourage ridership, neighborhood parking permits for workers + residents instead of ironfist!

What a crock of shit. I used to take that route to work when the lane was first installed and everyone used them to double park anyways, it was less safe then a road without lanes because cars were just winging out from the bike lane constantly!

yeah unfortunately, they seem to be all in. There will be no shame when the dust settles, just begging for mercy to save themselves instead of actually feeling bad about what they've done. It makes me feel crazy that people can do these things and seem to enjoy it.

I've often felt that most folks on the right didn't get enough hugs during their youth and that's why they're so damaged, but at the same time, once you're there, no amount of hugs can gently squeeze the sadism from this panel.
