Year 25 is over. It was full of both triumph and hardship, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. Thank you to everyone who was a part of my journey. I look forward to the next chapter that awaits me this year and beyond.

Just wanted to give this profile some life with a few older posts sprinkled in here and there, but moving forward, everything I post will be completely new to everyone.

Maturing is accepting that some chapters of our lives aren't meant to continue on indefinitely. We have to close them instead of trying desperately to extend or rewrite them.

The beauty of our world and species in particular is that every one of us is different in some way. Our experiences, background, upbringing, ideas, interests, and goals will all vary widely.

Even if something you try is by all accounts a failure, putting effort into anything is a success in itself. There’s always some good to take out of a negative situation or outcome. Remember that.
