I have witnessed #Clueless on the big screen, and that matters, her smile resurrected in real time. The theatre exhilarates, transcending memory into the cinematic, the way Brittany Murphy meant... still means, to me, and in that dark, I remembered why I fell in love with cinema.

#Clueless is overwhelmed in charm, that allure of Alicia Silverstone, perfect smirk of Paul Rudd, stoner smile of Breckin Meyer, exasperated grace of Stacey Dash, but when Brittany Murphy smiles, nothing else exists... perhaps, because she was the one the world could not protect.
