What about the Canada - France border at St Pierre et Miquelon. You don’t need to consider Greenland.

I’d really like to see a map of Income decline per head from reducing fossil fuel use amongst countries that export fossil fuels. So we can design advantageous strategies for countries that are fossil fuel dependent and poor, and ignore the rich ones.
