There will definitely be people trying to game it, but as of now this will probably be used more by rich people trying to gain influence in their town/city/state by donating to all kids there rather than for estate planning.

It allows unlimited donations by a 501(c)(3) to a qualified class. There are 3 approved classes. 1) all acct holders in the country under 18 2) all acct holders in 1 or more specific states 3) all account holders in a specific geo region to be designated (min of 5,000 people).

Guideline was bought by Gusto… and then they spun off all the non-Gusto payroll ones to another new entity called Accrue 401k…which was then bought by Vestwell. The experience probably depends on which direction it went (Gusto vs Vestwell).
