Bracing again for the atmospheric river in Northern California. Filling up our resevoirs in NorCal, like Shasta Lake. Battle Creek data from USGS @ Coleman Fish Hatchery showed it was highest creek discharge since 2022!

Anyone want to share their favorite literary fable? I've had the moral from 'The Wolf and the Lamb' (Le loup et l'agneau) on my mind for a few years: "The reason of the strongest always wins an argument". The fable warns that a tyrant can always find excuses to justify their actions.
