She does not deserve it. She was also onboard with Maduro's plan to invade the neighbouring country Guyana. She is not about peace.

Dutch: gunnen - a verb to say something like "to grant," "to allow," or "to wish you would have it". Its part of "vergunning" (= permit). It sums up "permit" better than English. Getting a permit is not just that the gvmt allows it, you still have to get the gvmt that it wants you to have it.
