My Saturday Morning: I got the Gipsy Kings serenading me while I go through all of the articles and press releases I’ve written on The O’Cleary Chronicles and clean them up - formatting paragraphs, some tiny rewrites in spots, adding images, etc.

So what does a vegan with FODMAP sensitivities eat for the holiday? Plant-based roast is in the oven, wild rice mix is happily bubbling away on the stovetop, and the butternut squash is getting ready to go into the oven to roast. A plant-based cheesecake is in the freezer for dessert.

Between sketches, Slash and I are binging “The Crown”.
