I’ve left TikTok and Meta sites and am boycotting Walmart and Target and any business that has rolled back their DEI initiatives. Trying to find my community on Bluesky and it’s been difficult. I want to protest but idk how to connect w/others in our community (im surrounded by Trumpers).

I have protested and in situations where I couldn’t physically attend I’ve sent water, fanny packs, face masks, first aid supplies to groups attending larger protests. It hasn’t even been a week yet and again, a lot of us are surrounded by cult members. Protests will happen, it takes time.

There are many of us that do more than moan about the circumstances on the internet. We call our representatives, we donate to organizations that are working to enact change. Trump has a cult following looking for a reason to bring out their guns and if fighting ensues Trump will pardon his cult…

France is 643,801 square kilometers compared to the United States which measures 9,826,675 square kilometers. It’s much harder to organize and get permits and also 77,284,118 people VOTED for the man making these changes and they are known for loving their guns…we have protested, we are scared.

As a girl with a degree in musical theater, I don’t understand why this film was a musical… it felt like they wanted an excuse to include some trippy sequences. The lyrics/melodies were lackluster and didn’t seem to advance the plot/abide by the “when words aren’t enough, the actor sings” rule.

I still cover my ears when I fall asleep sometimes out of fear that “the crawling spleen ” will come and suck my brains out of my ears…
