i would actually vastly prefer it if someone just downloaded a story i wrote and edited it themselves, i think thats kind of awesome and repurposing art for your own devices is pretty positively transformative most of the time

just dont expect me to do it for you lmao

i get that its different if you're someone who mostly works with commissions and stuff and there's incentives to casting a wider net, but that people take that attitude to things that are pretty obviously trying to get across something really specific and even personal just blows my mind
