Spent the day with the highly skilled David Wrench, producer, mixing engineer who’s mixed artists such as Florence and the Machine, The Pretenders and the Manic Street Preachers. Tip of the day, start at the end. Great to talk to a professional using Dolby Atmos. Time to get back in the studio.

Got to perform with a great band of 300 this week.

Spent time in the Dunedin Library recreating ōtepoti Duendin heritage building in Minecraft Education with a cool group of kids and parents. Two of my favourites were the Dunedin Municipal Chambers and the St Paul’s Cathedral. Jacks Chocolate Browny was also a highlight. @aliheritage.bsky.social

Had the privilege of speaking at the Heritage Festival Symposium at Toitu Settlers Museum with inspiring speakers from the Otago Polytechnic school of Architecture and Origin consultants on Heritage architecture and Education. These buildings are an archive of knowledge and gateway to our past.

Was down at the NZLA Literacy conference with a great group of teachers talking about using Lego to teach writing. There Lego chickens and robotics were outstanding.
