It's the first day in #ColoradoSprings when #recreationalmarijuana sales are legal. No long lines for Green Pharm 2 on N. Academy right now, but I just spoke with Tynan Swayde, who purchased rec products - Green Pharm 2's first rec customer of the day!

The protest is now on the move some blocks down to the #ElPasoCounty Sheriff's Office.

As traffic drives by, lots of vehicles are honking in support of the protestors today. I haven't yet seen any counter-protestors. The group will march from City Hall to the #ElPasoCountySheriffs Office and back.

Demonstrations to protest the Trump administration have been organized across the nation today. The crowd here has spilled into the center median of Nevada Avenue. The crowd is chanting: "No war but class war!" "Deport [Elon] Musk!" and "Keep ICE out!" among other chants.

Hundreds of people with several community organizations are gathered at #ColoradoSprings City Hall this #PresidentsDay to protest President #DonaldTrump and his administration.
