Idk what u have available in ur area, but if u CAN, find a local butcher. Cut out the middle man. It saves u a bit. Buying in bulk does too. For our family of 5 I finally had to bite the bullet and buy a side farmer direct. BUT it did all break down to like $5ish a pound.
