Trump would have to step outside of our laws and have his Supreme Court buddies rubber stamp it like they did when they gave him blanket immunity. Basically, the Supreme Court would make him a king, though they wouldn’t call it that explicitly.

Absolutely a violation! Just because they are Feds doesn’t mean they supersede HIPAA and other privacy laws!!! And do you really think it will stop with autism?!
