Farming and nature are intrinsically linked in the Brecks. It’s great to have the opportunity to feed this into the new book being written by ex-RSPB Chair Kevin Cox.

This newly established cultivated margin shows how quickly nature responds in the Brecks. Home to rare arable plants fine-leaved fumitory & flixweed, and perfect feeding habitat for turtle doves nesting nearby.

Our project will create 600 miles of this incredible habitat, joining up the landscape

We're very fortunate to have the support of dedicated and knowledgeable partners like our local Natural England team, who we met with this week.

Restoring nature is a complex challenge that requires careful balance, and it’s encouraging to know we’re on the right track.
