Great thread! Also Rand saw Mo 'kill' Lanfear & how that turned out. Rand was right, Egwene doesn't fully understand. The show so far has shown Egwene with a different lens. She has her own behavior problems in the books. Communication is lacking in the show accurate to the books 🙄

I hope they can. I can see Siuan's reaction given the info she has. But based on her S1 statement of her dreams I think she has also been influenced by a nefarious source.

I have appreciation for the show making it through Covid when others didn't & the massive impact by production being locked down in locations, major actor leaving, limit of # of people in a scene & the budget. All impacting the rewrite. Also the strike S2. This season is shining.

The show bringing the early book relationship of Mo & Siuan forward made me very happy.
If that relationship doesn't get a reconciliation closure when they chose to include it I will cry...and possibly throw my beverage.

My preference is for VFX to enhance. I absolutely love real world locations & attention to detail in set design.

Yea, not so much book fans, fence divided there 4 sure. She def has show fans. And I like show Egwene so far. Although the way she treated Siuan had book Egwene shining through 😂

It's Egwene, brilliant & badass def. She has her moments & I really do love them all.
But the # of Xs she caused me to make a note 'asshat' on my Scribe on rereads, I lost count. She has empathy in a broad sense. But her inner motivation many times bothers me. I could write a book.

When the knives come out the hook will be set.
She grew on me because she grew in her emotional maturity (also the badassery didn't hurt😁). Her pov of having that epiphany of her mother's teaching sealed her as one of my favs. Unlike another fan fav I'll leave nameless.
