I ordered the Christmas limas, but sent them to my brother and sister ... So I cooked regular white limas yesterday. All the beans that I have ordered have been wonderful. Thank you, Rancho Gordo!

This was yesterday when I was heading out of the house, I ran back in and grabbed my husband's camera. The hawk was actually under the bird feeder when I went in, but was in the tree when I went back out to get the picture.

I just got my grandma's cat after she passed ... I've had this girl 2days now. I love orange kitties though. I had 2 orange boys that were the best kitties ever.

So, question for my #foodie friends ... How do you get spaghetti to not suck up all of the sauce? It was good, I made meat sauce today and put it over Barilla bucatanni pasta. Do I need to add more tomatoes ... Or do I need to put the noodles on the plate and then the sauce on top? (Not mix them)

My garden is still giving a little. Kind of surprised here in Pennsylvania. Harvested baby collards and some tiny pumpkin bonnets. The French sorrel and dill are still going strong too. Anyone have advice on how to use the sorrel?
