My copy of "To all the fictional boys I've loved" zine and my I love my OTP keychain by @/gelatobear.bsky.social came in today. The keychain is a great addition to my Waver Rider itabag and thought about making a zine like this too.

Victor Santiago (@/warpvector.net) has some cool comics for purchase and I ended up getting Weird Little Guys plus the Failure to Launch anthology.

I keep wanting to call it Sad Lizard Space Girl for some reason

Sad Girl Space Lizard By Iggy Craig Really enjoyed the artist's work on OK K.O. Let's Be Heroes and Adventure Time Distant Lands, so I just had to get a graphic novel they made.

The stories all follow a certain genre, but they're all fun and unique in their own way. Both in terms of writing and art. There's artists in these books that I'll like to buy more of, but can't at the moment so these give me a nice taste for the moment.

Ex. Mag #01 and #02 published by Peow2 Studios and these are a genre-based anthology. 01 is Cyber Punk and 02 is Paranormal Romance.

I adore the artstyle whether in black & white or in color, so it's nice to own two comics in both color formats.

Wuvable Oaf by Ed Luce. I'm not a huge fan of metal music and I don't go out of my way to watch wrestling, but I like this artist's style and I love to read comics.

Pygmalion has this visual style that I just had to own and love the execution with the story even with the weird(?) premise. Really adore the idea that Viscera Objectica explores the strong emotion someone can have towards an object.
July 12, 2025 at 12:05 AM
Putty Pygmalion by Lonnie Garcia and Viscera Objectica by Yugo Limbo. I have not finished Smile For Me, but I'm glad that I got to read another story from the artist/author.

I loved that Monotone Blue uses a species like a lizard and even ties his tail to their trauma in some way. Adversary was a great read, the ending caught me off guard and got more real than I thought it would.
July 11, 2025 at 10:52 PM
Monotone Blue by Nagabe and Adversary by Blue Delliquanti. Montone Blue has/talks about sexual assault and Adversary has adult themes as well.

Makinaphobe is mostly wordless, but has cool visual storytelling and I'm happy to own physical book from this artist. Bio-Whale is trippy, maybe abstract(?) comic from Peow2 and enjoyed the visuals for this as well.
July 11, 2025 at 10:25 PM
Makinaphobe by Rafael Zaiats and Bio-Whale by Ville Kallio. Two books I'm happy to add to my library.

There's not much I have to say storywise, but it's a cozy, easy going atmosphere and I'm interested to see where the story goes from here.

The Other Side of the Clouds Volume 1 by Yoruno Hitsujigumo and published by Glacier Bay Books. Meant to post this a month ago, and somehow the weather has still been that on and off cloudly, rainy weather.

DIY highrisers I cobbled up for my Eyeshield 21 manga a few years ago.

There was this Hatsune Miku mug that I had for years and it just broke and I feel like I just broke. If anyone can find this somewhere online for a reasonabkr price, let me know

A few days ago, I received these keychains from @kokukokuboo.bsky.social and I'm so happy to own an item from them.

Finally got through The Fables of Erlking Wood that's been sitting in my TBR for a month and of course, another great hit from Juni Ba. I'm happy I was able to back the kickstarter for this one

My copy of The GroLabs Archives by @buizilla.bsky.social and Akali along with some goodies arrived! (Plus a few ends from a previous order that I didn't share at the time.) I look forward to reading this book.
