Working on seeing the Light today.

It worked really well. First time trying to use 3d print. I made it with 0 infill for fear it would crush. Printed it a hair above .918 and sanded it down. It still had a bit of 3d surface texture to surface which I liked.
Printed it on it's own due to not being exactly type high.

Thanks to @cidefaid.bsky.social for introducing me to Leib Bread. First try making must Leib. I love the flavor. Used pumpkin and sunflower seeds. A meal in its self or with a slather of cream cheese. Will add dark cocoa next time as I do in Borodinski to make it darker(must).

I rarely bake with a solid plan🙃. Yesterday the starter was bubbling away and mixed in some bread flour, wholewheat, cornmeal and then after an hour of rising and folding on the counter threw in some cooked lentils I spotted in the fridge. Great combo! yumm
