Anyway, I am watching John Carpenter’s PRINCE OF DARKNESS. Today I learned that Victor Wong was associated with the Beats.

I think maybe 20 years ago I’d have found this sentiment too straightforward to be admirable, but in the year 2025 and after 692 pages of Pynchon’s Mason & Dixon, it took the breath out of me.
