Really, really enjoyed Black Doves — whilst it shares some issues I’ve had with shows of its ilk (such as Gangs of London), most notably in the frustratingly thin sketching of a cabal at the story’s centre, its blend of spyjinks and domestic drama is a winning, emotionally satisfying combination
