She's so right. It's SCARY right now, even if there aren't ED's involved, it sure looks like it

So, I know I've been pretty quiet about this for a while. But I wanted to give everyone an update.

I'm still job hunting. Though I'm still on the hunt, it's going surprisingly well- I've had two interviews with one company in particular that I think I'm a perfect fit for

I thought way too hard about a teaser for a series that's not coming for months over at @thecomicon.bsky.social .

But it was a really cool teaser!

I've been rewatching Stranger Things in anticipation of the final season later this month. With last week's final trailer, I ranked the cast by how likely I think it is they won't make it.

This was hard.

I want y'all to know that most Utahns are against this and are protesting it.

In fairness, the Republican side of those opposed are opposing on the grounds of "mah property values!" but opposition is still opposition.

Okay, the levitating cloak at her hips instead of her collar is an inspired choice.

I love that Wanda's journey in comics the last five years has led to this. Curious what it means for Strange, who I'm guessing is still trapped in the Nine Realms

I redesigned Wanda for her new role and I’m doing a series of variant covers for the SORCERER SUPREME book — here’s my issue 1 cover!

Send prayers and happy vibes. I've been unemployed a month now, and progress is happening. It's just not happening very quickly.

So yeah, prayer and good vibes will help.

Can I admit that there's one thing and one thing alone that I see as a potential positive to the Paramount acquisition of Warner?

(disclaimer: overall the idea is potentially disastrous to the entertainment industry, and I do not want to see it happen.)

I have to say this is the case for me with ALL of Kirkman's creator owned books. The first two years ago are always novel, and then after that it's six issues of building up to something more shocking (read: gory), rinse, repeat.
How the heck anyone "enjoys" The Walking Dead in any media is beyond me. I'm a big horror guy and yet I found TWD the most depressing, hopeless, and repetitious comic I've ever had the displeasure of reading.
