I love the bit when Simon is mapping out the cave he's trapped in and eventually comes across some mysterious indiscernible alien horror and is just totally unphased by it, jots down "Alien shit" on his map in its place and goes "Fucking aliens...." and this thing never comes back

TIL in Iron Lung the weird fish creature and the eye seen on the submarine camera are two entirely seperate monsters in the context of the game there's just a whole other 100x bigger creature down there too that for some reason wasn't in the film

I can't stop thinking about the big fish from iron lung. It is insane how well the movie managed to make this stupid little thing from the game into such a comically horrifying eldritch threat in the film this thing has stuck with me so much
