Yes, but I struggle to see how Art 10 can affect whether something is or is not in sight of someone who might be alarmed.

The judgment isn’t even really about free speech, it’s about whether this particular incident (public burning of a Koran) was “disorderly” or “within the sight or hearing of someone likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress” www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/u...
