While on my social media break I've cooked many meals, but this is the best one yet 🤣 I made it in the middle of the night and combined all my cravings! Chicken sausages, shrimp, eggs, udon noodles, chili, paprika, chives and Japanese eggplant! Cooked in boiling curry sauce!

I've said this a million times but WHY is it so difficult to learn how to be as kind and patient with myself as I am with others? Why can't I allow MYSELF to rest? I was sick again, but even then I felt guilty for doing "nothing" and ended up cooking and cleaning and baking.. I need an internet mom.
