This one stayed playful but went through a lot of editing. Soft ovals drift, overlap, disappear, and come back. Pinks and purples set the tone, with little hits of mint, teal, and cream keeping it slightly off-balance.

It went bright, then dark, then got wiped back to white. Now it’s silly alien shapes and one loud pop of pink.

Sometimes I think a painting is finished—until I live with it for a while. This one originally had a bit too much green, so after sitting with it, I went back in and brought balance to the piece.
